Question: Can I move the Mini Lift by myself?
Answer: The Mini Lift is equipped with 4 steel caster wheels and can be rolled over any hard surface.

Question: How long does it take to receive your products once the order is placed?
Answer: Generally we are on a 3-4 week production lead-time from the date of order until your product ships During our "peak seasons" this can be up to 6-8 weeks.

Question: What size of Animal will fit in the Mini Lift?
Answer: From the smallest baby up to 38" Equines fit on the "standard" Mini Lift. Custom requests are welcomed.

Question: Will my Mini Lift have to be stored inside?
Answer: No. When the Mini Lift is in the lowered position, there's nothing exposed that the elements can affect.

Question: Will my Mini Lift require assembly?
Answer: The Mini Lifts ship fully assembled. You will have to remove 4 bolts that attach it to the shipping pallet.
