| The Mini
Hauler insert is a self-supportive, telescoping, slant haul system that
can be used in any trailer, RV, or truck. The basic unit works in straight
load horse trailers, slant load, straight wall, short wall, a toy
hauler, Work & Play, cargo trailers, and all others.
The
telescoping framework is made from triple galvanized, 12 gauge, 2 OD,
1.75" ID, square steel tubing with holes in all 4

sides spaced 1
apart. Engineered properties of square steel tubing make it very strong
and adjustment holes allow individual sizing to meet your vehicle's
requirements. Each divider is sprayed with a triple layer of clearcoat.
Orders are currently being accepted with an 8 week delivery schedule. The Mini Hauler is made in York, PA using only American-made materials. All VSE Products come with our limited 5 year warranty. (read our warranty here)
The Mini Hauler insert requires NO DRILLING or BOLTING into your trailer's walls or floors which ensures its structural integrity.
The framework is assembled outside the trailer requiring no special tools. Once assembled, the framework is moved inside the trailer and telescoped to fit front to back, side to side, and top to bottom, holding the unit in place.
Where RVs & cargo trailers are used, the self-supportive framework adds a layer of protection in case of a mishap.
If you sell or upgrade your trailer just remove the Mini Hauler for installation into your new unit.
Another one-of-a-kind design element option is the patent pending "Cart Caddy" which installs inside the trailer in the unused area above animals' rumps.

2 sturdy 5" aluminum ramps hinge down to allow you to push your cart up onto them
recesses for its wheels hold the cart in place while you raise it upwards into a spring loaded latch system which then locks it into place
adjustable in 1 increments to accommodate all carts regardless of wheel base or wheel width

We offer the option of a vinyl heat shrink covering for the telescoping tubings which helps keep debris out of the adjustment holes. When
you place your order, we will install the covering to all your
telescoping tubing in its retracted sizes, the 4 corners and connectors
cannot be covered. This vinyl comes in orange, black, yellow, white,
silver, green, and red.

Trailers 7 wide and over can benefit from other options such as a front to back overhead shelving area to stow hay bales, bedding, etc. We also offer locking aluminum storage boxes for your show gear and harnesses.
